This is not a commercial event and we will just charge for actual costs.
Accomodation will be in Airbnb’s in the village. We reserved flats already for you, so you will be able to book them with us. Costs for accomodation will be around 100 € per person for 3 nights(Thu-Sun).

Event location
We have a beautiful event hall with wooden floor and big windows in the small wine village Leinsweiler at the Southern Wine Route in Rhineland Palatinate, the so called Tuscany of Germany. There is also an additional room for food an drinks and a kitchen. Parking is easily available at the event location and throughout the village.
