Guidelines
Please read and accept our guidelines before arriving at the event!
What to Bring
- Yoga mat and comfortable sportswear – for sports, yoga, and the sound bath
- Reusable water bottle and cup (optional, we have some here)– for water (and during the hike)
- Light sports shoes – ideal for the hike
- Dance shoes (the floor at our venue is a wooden floor perfect for dancing)
- It will be hot: bring airy clothes
- Swimwear for our mini-pool
- Check out the party themes & dress codes (schedule below)
- Personal snacks (if you need something small between the brunch / coffee and cake time and the dinner (we will provide some snacks in the evening)

Event location
We have a beautiful event hall with wooden floor and big windows in the small wine village Leinsweiler at the Southern Wine Route in Rhineland Palatinate, the so called Tuscany of Germany. There is also an additional room for food an drinks and a kitchen. Parking is easily available at the event location and throughout the village.

Getting from Landau Train Station to Leinsweiler
On Thursday, August 14th, if we are not able to fetch you, you can take bus line 530 from Landau Central Station (ZOB) next to the train station to Leinsweiler. The journey takes approximately 20–23 minutes. Buses run every hour. From the station it is 5 min walkin to the venue.

Registration
(1) Specify the accomodation in the Google sheet. Accomodation will be in appartments in the village. We prereserved some appartments already for you, so you will be able to book them (we will collect the money and pay the hosts). Costs for accomodation will be around 100 € per person for 3 nights (Thu-Sun). You can also organise your own accomodation (check also the recommendation tab of the google sheet)

Costs
150 € incl. event, food and drinks (excl. accomodation).
This is not a commercial event, but an event for friends.
Additional: maybe some addition cost for wine tasting (3-15 € per Person)
Cancelation policy
If you book but are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another follower/leader after coordinating with us.
If you do not transfer the ticket and are still unable to join, we can reimburse €50 for the food if you cancel at least three weeks in advance.
The cancellations for the apartments must be arranged directly with the hosts.
